- Do I have to pay to watch?
- Nope. The guide, the player, every channel, and the basic bookmarklet import are free, and that's not changing. Supporter unlocks paste-to-channel imports, custom lineups, cross-device sync, and whatever lands next.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yep. One click in your account page. You keep Supporter access through the end of the billing period.
- Will you start charging for the free stuff later?
- No. Anything that's free today stays free. Supporter is for the power-user features.
- What kind of support do I get?
- Supporters get priority support with a reply within 24 hours. Free support is best effort, so it can take longer when things are busy.
- What about the TV version that's coming?
- The TV version will be free to watch the public channels. To sign in and play your own imported channels and custom lineups on your television, you'll need Supporter. Your lineup syncs straight to the big screen.
